Maker of Medical Products Posts Loss: Urohealth Systems Inc., a Costa Mesa designer and manufacturer of urological medical products, reported a net loss of $7.5 million, or 58 cents a share, for the fiscal year ended June 30, which included a $1.2-million restructuring charge. That compares with a net loss of $6.6 million, or 57 cents a share, for the prior year. Sales rose 37% to $5.9 million from $4.3 million. For the fourth quarter, the company recorded a net loss of $2.5 million, or 19 cents a share, which included a charge of $731,000 related to acquisition costs. The company lost $3.5 million, or 30 cents a share, a year ago, including a charge of $1 million for settlement of litigation. Sales increased to $2.2 million from $661,000.
