SKI Ltd. to Sell Bear Mountain Resort: Fibreboard Corp. will buy the Bear Mountain Ski Resort and golf course in Southern California for $20 million, Killington, Vt.-based SKI said. SKI, which operates six ski and summer resorts in New England and Southern California, said it expects to close the sale before the end of this month. SKI said its real estate in the Bear Mountain area is not included in the sale. Walnut Creek, Calif.-based Fibreboard makes construction materials, including softwood, industrial and dimensional lumber, hardwood plywood and millwork.
