Wonderware Corp.: The Irvine industrial software company reported a net loss of $21 million, or $1.64 a share, for the third quarter, which included a $33-million pretax charge related to in-process research and development costs from its acquisition of the research and development activities of EnaTec Software Systems Inc. and Soft Systems Engineering Inc. Net income for the third quarter last year was $2.1 million, or 16 cents a share. Revenue increased 51% to $14.2 million from $9.4 million. The company recorded a net loss of $15.6 million, or $1.25 a share, for the first nine months of 1995, contrasted with net income of $5.2 million, or 40 cents a share, for the like period last year. Revenue rose 57% to $38.8 million from $24.7 million.
