Lyon Staffing Tapped to Develop Safety Program

Lyon Staffing and Training Services Inc., a Ventura concern that specializes in industrial safety training and regulatory compliance, has been chosen to develop a safety program for Ventura’s Department of Public Works.

The company says it will help the city agency meet federal and state safety requirements. The agreement also calls for Lyon to arrange continuing safety education for Public Works employees.

Lyon will receive $30,000 for its services.

In addition to safety and compliance, Lyon is active in contract labor and specialized training programs.
