Marine National Bank: The Irvine bank reported net income of $250,837 for the third quarter, contrasted with a net loss of $34,426 for the third quarter of 1994. Nine-month earnings rose to $578,360, contrasted with a net loss of $251,560 a year ago. Total assets were up 3% to $109.5 million from $106.8 million.
