Riverwood International Corp. to Be Sold: The Atlanta-based paper and packaging company will be acquired by a private investment group for $2.7 billion, a New York investment firm said. Clayton, Dubilier & Rice Inc. said it formed an investor group to acquire the company through a leveraged buyout for $20.25 a share. The group includes Riverwood's senior management and a fund managed by Brown Bros. Harriman & Co. Riverwood's stock closed unchanged at $19.25 in trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
