Tokos Medical Corp.: The Santa Ana obstetrical home-care services company said it lost $995,000, or 6 cents a share, for the third quarter, compared with a net loss of $944,000, or 5 cents a share, for the third quarter of 1994. Revenue declined 16% to $21.1 million from $25.2 million. Tokos had a net loss of $9.7 million, or 56 cents a share, for the nine-month period, which included a $4.3 million charge in the second quarter for an out-of-court settlement of litigation. A year earlier, the company lost $3.4 million, or 20 cents a share. Revenue dropped 13% to $67 million from $76.7 million.
