Mrs. Clinton Turns 48

WASHINGTON —
First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton went with a big hair look at a Western square dance party to celebrate her birthday Friday night, a day after she turned 48.
Escorted by the president, Mrs. Clinton wore a “Dolly Parton-type blonde wig,” and Western wear to entertain 150 guests at the White House, her spokesman said.
