Leisure World Gets OK for Utility Building
- Share via
The Board of Supervisors has approved a zone change that will allow Leisure World-Laguna Hills to build a new cable-TV building at Via Campo Verde Road and Moulton Parkway.
The action changes the zoning designation of the 1.4-acre site from “open space and recreation” to “professional administration.” County officials said the site is now vacant but that a portion is sometimes used by equestrians.
The building will house various satellite dishes and other television equipment.
Leisure World is a private retirement community in an unincorporated area near Laguna Hills.
