FutureCare Affiliates Inc.: U.S. Diagnostic Labs Inc. of West Palm Beach, Fla., agreed to purchase Irvine-based FutureCare for $3.2 million. U.S. Diagnostic Labs said the transaction consists of $2.3 million in cash, a three-year note for $500,000 and stock valued at $400,000 at closing.
FutureCare owns two diagnostic imaging facilities, including an MRI outpatient center. U.S. Diagnostic Labs acquires and operates diagnostic imaging facilities and clinical laboratories.
