Southland Ad Agency Executives Change Jobs: Brad A. Ball, co-president of Davis, Ball & Colombatto of Los Angeles, a regional agency for McDonald’s Corp., is joining the Oak Brook, Ill.-based company as senior vice president of domestic marketing. Ball, 45, whose agency produced the “Together, we’re the best. Los Angeles” campaign, will handle strategic planning, promotions and media buying for the nation’s largest fast-food company. Dan Ginsberg, president and a co-founder of the Irvine-based dGWB agency, is joining Hardee’s Food Systems Inc. of Rocky Mount, N.C., as marketing executive vice president. The company is the nation’s fourth-largest quick-serve burger chain.
