Dan Ginsberg, a co-founder of dGWB Advertising, has left to become executive vice president of marketing at Hardee’s Food Systems in Rocky Mount, N.C., the Irvine-based agency said Tuesday.

Ginsberg “has been a great partner and friend and he’ll be missed,” said dGWB partner Mike Weisman. Mandi Dossin, a member of the firm since its founding in 1988, has joined Weisman and Jon Gothold as a partner in the firm that has clients in the retail, fast food and consumer electronics industries.

At Hardee’s, Ginsberg will join longtime El Pollo Loco Chief Executive Raymond J. Perry, who recently left the Irvine-based fast-food chain to become Hardee’s chief operating officer.
