The Senate approved a compromise measure that lets British Petroleum Co. and other oil producers export Alaska North Slope crude oil. The bill now goes to the White House, where President Clinton is expected to sign it into law . . . . South Korea’s Daewoo Corp. signed an agreement with Poland’s government to buy a controlling interest in the country’s leading state-owned auto maker, FSO. Terms were not disclosed . . . . Self-serve regular gasoline prices fell 3.1 cents in November--the biggest drop in 13 months, the American Automobile Assn. said.
