* Trends: News Corp. said it will form a sweeping Latin American partnership in satellite television with Tele-Communications Inc. of the U.S., Organizacoes Global of Brazil and Grupo Televisa of Mexico. The venture is expected to reach a potential audience of 400 million through direct to home satellite.
