Tivoli Industries Inc.: The Santa Ana designer and manufacturer of specialty lighting and related products posted a net loss of $109,344 for fiscal 1995, contrasted with net income of $27,993 for the prior year. The company attributed the loss to more than $200,000 in expenses for catalogues, new products, trade shows, and sales promotions. Sales for the year ended Sept. 30 increased 29% to $4.5 million from $3.5 million.

For the fourth quarter, the company recorded a net loss of $165,855, compared with a net loss of $57,484 for the fourth quarter of the previous year. Sales were up 51% to $1.3 million from $891,930.
