Orange Coast College will play host to the seventh annual United States-Japan Intercollegiate Goodwill Regatta starting today in Newport Bay.
Fifty of the top collegiate sailors from around the country will be participating against 50 of the top Japanese collegians through Sunday at the Newport Harbor Yacht Club.
