Real Estate Partners Move Office to Westlake Village

James Ashton and Ed Jefferson, partners in a real estate development and marketing firm, have moved from Santa Monica to the Water Court office complex on Hampshire Road in Westlake Village.

The partners develop retail shopping centers and also serve as brokers in leasing retail space. They will move into their new offices about the end of this week, according to CB Commercial Real Estate in Ventura, which negotiated their lease.
