Bob Foschi, the father of Jessica Foschi, the American swimmer who flunked a steroid test, lashed out at U.S. Swimming officials, saying politics and money were behind an attempt to ban her from competition. “Destroy the girl so you’re not embarrassed, that’s their creed,” Foschi said. He has hired lawyer Mark Levinstein, who represented Olympic skater Nancy Kerrigan in the attack by associates of Tonya Harding.
