The Channel Group Inc. and Style Frames Inc., which make and distribute photograph frames, will be acquired by Kleer-Vu, a Compton maker of photo albums and frames, the companies said Thursday.

W. Blake Winchell, who owns the closely held Anaheim companies, has been named president and chief executive of Kleer-Vu, which agreed to assume debts of Channel Group and Style Frames. The companies, which have been operating since 1970, have combined annual revenue of about $6 million.
