A partnership between Rockwell International Corp. and Lockheed Martin Corp. has been licensed to proceed with a $30.2-million sale of Hellfire II anti-armor missiles to the Netherlands. Lockheed Martin said the license was received after the Dec. 1 completion of a congressional review period.

The partnership, known as Hellfire Systems Limited Liability Co., based in Orlando, Fla., will begin deliveries of the missiles immediately and will complete the deliveries by the end of the year, Lockheed Martin said. Rockwell International is based in Seal Beach, and Lockheed Martin is based in Bethesda, Md.
