An amateur photographer who made the only known recording of the assassination of Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin is trying to sell the videotape for up to $500,000, his lawyers said Sunday.

The anonymous photographer handed his videotape more than a month ago to the state commission of inquiry into Rabin’s murder, which occurred Nov. 4 in Tel Aviv. The tape has yet to be seen by the public.
