The California Public-Employee Retirement System and Burbank-based Shamrock Holdings have formed a partnership with Olympic Realty Advisors to help finance residential land development in California with an initial investment of $66 million that could grow to more than to $125 million. Olympic was created by investment banking firm Goodtap Corp. as a real estate investment management firm designed to increase sources of financing for residential construction and development.
