Del Taco Names New Sales Director

Dawn Wallock has been appointed director of sales and brand marketing for Del Taco Inc., a fast food chain based in Orange. Wallock was formerly brand manager for Unocal and marketing director for 60 Olive Garden restaurants in Southern California, Arizona and Nevada.

* Steven Delson has been elected to a three-year term on the board of directors of the California Chamber of Commerce. Delson is executive vice president of the Mission Viejo Co., a land development firm.

* Michael Kipper has been appointed vice president of Orange County operations for Ace Parking Inc. Before joining the company, he was with PM Realty Group, where he managed various Irvine Co. properties. Kipper also worked for the Koll Co. and managed Koll Center Irvine South.

* Martin Loth has joined Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in Irvine as executive vice president in charge of the property/casualty insurance department. Loth was previously president and chief executive of Jardine Insurance Brokers’ Orange County operations. In addition, Dee L. Hughes, has been named vice president in the department. He was also an executive with Jardine, which was recently acquired by Alexander & Alexander Inc.

* Stephen J. Fryer has been named a director of Pen Interconnect Inc., a Salt Lake City maker of custom cable interconnections for computers and other applications. Fryer is the managing director of Ventana International and Ventana Global Capital Group, an Irvine investment banking and venture capital firm.
