Jeff Fager is expected to be named executive producer of the “CBS Evening News” with Dan Rather. Fager has been a producer for CBS’ “60 Minutes” and a senior producer on the network’s evening news for the past year. . . . An exhibit of photographs by Annie Leibovitz of U.S. Olympic athletes preparing for the 1996 games will be unveiled today at Olympic Park in Atlanta; they’ll be on view through the Olympics.
