Tracey A. Sanders, marketing coordinator for the Behavioral Health Center at Simi Valley Hospital, has been installed as president of the Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Assn. of Southern California.

* Janet J. Dillon, an Oxnard lawyer who specializes in environmental and land-use matters, has received state certification as a registered environmental assessor.

* Pamela K. Cox, vice president and co-owner of Apama Inc., an employment agency with offices in Oxnard and Goleta, has been elected a director of the California Assn. of Professional Employer Organizations.

* Larry A. Winter, a principal of Winter Financial Group in Thousand Oaks, has been elected chairman of the board of trustees of Cal Lutheran University’s fund-raising arm, the Cal Lutheran Educational Foundation.

* Gene McGrevin was named vice chairman and chief executive officer of Syncor International Corp. Previously, McGrevin was the company’s president.

Robert Funari will take over the president’s job and was also named chief operating officer. Funari has been an executive vice president of the firm. Before that he was executive vice president and general manager of McKesson Drug Co.

* George Garfield was named vice president, corporate real estate, for Disney Development Co., a Burbank unit of Walt Disney Co.

Garfield, 38, joined Disney three years ago as a senior asset manager and later was active in various Disney real estate projects in New York, Hong Kong and London. Before that, he was an executive with La Salle Partners Ltd., a Chicago real estate investment firm.
