From Times Staff and Wire Reports

The two suspects in the Oklahoma City bombing case, in which 168 people died, make their first appearance in a Denver courtroom today when a key pretrial hearing gets underway. The court is to decide whether government agencies must hand over intelligence information on terrorist groups to the defense, possibly implicating other unknown suspects, a move the prosecution opposes. Timothy J. McVeigh and former Army friend Terry L. Nichols have been charged in the April 19, 1995, bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building.
