FileNet Corp.: The Costa Mesa supplier of document management and business process automation software reported a first-quarter net loss of $11.8 million, or 79 cents a share, including one-time charges of $16 million related to the acquisition of Saros Corp. and International Financial Systems Ltd. The company earned $3.2 million, or 20 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue rose 38% to a record $66.7 million from $48.4 million.
