38 O.C. Repos Are Going on the Block

The Sands Group will auction 38 bank-owned homes and condominiums located in Orange County on May 5 at the Marriott Hotel near LAX in Los Angeles. The auction begins at 11 a.m. and registration is at 9 a.m.

Sands Group, the auction arm of Fred Sands Realtors, will auction a total of 208 properties in Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange counties. The average asking price on the homes is about $105,000. The Orange County homes are located throughout the county, including Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Mission Viejo and Rancho Santa Margarita.

On May 1, the Sands Group will conduct a “How to Buy at an Auction” seminar at the same hotel.
