VitalCom Inc.: The Tustin provider of medical communications networks, which completed its initial public offering in February, said net earnings totaled $1,094 for the first quarter, the result of planned increases in both sales and marketing as well as research and development expenses. For the first quarter of 1995, net income was $178,740, or 3 cents a share. Revenue increased 33% to $6 million from $4.5 million.
