Sunstone Hotel Investors: The San Clemente real estate investment trust that owns 18 hotels in the western United States reported first-quarter net income of $1.3 million, or 21 cents a share, compared with net income of $1.5 million, or 24 cents a share, for the first quarter last year. Revenue increased 23% to $3.2 million from $2.6 million.
