ProSoft Goes Public With Tel-Fed Merger

ProSoft Development Inc. said it has completed its merger with Tel-Fed Inc. and that its stock is now traded on the Nasdaq over-the-counter market.

ProSoft, until now a privately held firm, is based in Buena Park and provides Internet training for system engineers and developers. Tel-Fed was a dormant publicly traded company that ProSoft acquired in order to become a publicly traded entity, said Jim Stapleton, a spokesman for the ProSoft.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
