Spanish Hills Country Club in Camarillo has been bought by Buena Vista Golf Holdings, a joint venture of Buena Vista Hospitality Group of Tampa, Fla. and Hanover Capital Holdings Corp. of New York City.

The country club, which opened in June 1993, has one of the fastest-growing memberships among private golf clubs in California, officials said. Besides an 18-hole golf course, the club has a 25-meter outdoor pool, a tennis club with five tennis courts and a 37,000-square-foot clubhouse.

Buena Vista Hospitality Group and its affiliated companies manage such properties as the Buena Vista Palace Resort & Spa at Walt Disney World Village in Florida, the PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. and LPGA International in Daytona Beach, Fla., which serves as the international headquarters for the Ladies Professional Golf Assn.
