Rainbow, Innovonics Agree to Deal

Rainbow Technologies Inc. said it has entered a strategic relationship with Innovonics Inc., a developer of technology for money management security. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Rainbow Technologies said Innovonics’ PCPay card reader system secures electronic payments and other transactions via the Internet and other public networks. Rainbow Technologies, develops and makes software- and information-protection products.
