In Britain, a moist toilet tissue called Andrex is the most expensive brand on the market, but it’s so popular it’s the seventh-best-selling product of any kind in the country.

In Japan, a $1,700 device called the Washlet Queen, a combination toilet seat and bidet, could make toilet paper obsolete.
