BURUNDI : 3 Red Cross Workers Killed by Gunmen

Gunmen ambushed and killed three Swiss Red Cross workers who were returning to the Central African nation’s capital, Bujumbura, after delivering water and medical supplies to civilians and hospitals in the northern province of Cibitoke, the International Committee of the Red Cross said. Their vehicle was marked with the Red Cross emblem, officials said.
