Favorite Argentina dominated the Latin American Olympic qualifying regatta for rowing at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with eight of its 11 teams winning gold medals and a trip to Atlanta.
Brazil qualified two teams for the Olympics and Mexico qualified one team.
Cuba’s men’s doubles team also earned a trip to Atlanta.
