NYLCare Signs 5-Year Lease in Camarillo

NYLCare, an affiliate of the New York Life Insurance Co., has moved to the Camarillo Business Center after signing a five-year lease valued at $250,000.

NYLCare will locate its administrative offices in a 3,190-square-foot site at the business center, 711 Daily Drive.

Group Meeker, which was represented by Capital Commercial Real Estate in the lease transaction, owns and manages the freeway frontage building at the center. NYLCare was represented by the CB Commercial Real Estate Group in Ventura.
