Seminar to Teach Unit Maintenance

A maintenance seminar for apartment owners, managers, homeowners and do-it-yourselfers will be presented from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday by the Apartment Assn. of Greater Los Angeles at 621 S. Westmoreland St., Los Angeles.
