Healtheon Plans Online Service: Netscape Communications Corp. co-founder James Clark revealed new details regarding his 9-month-old venture, Healtheon Corp., previously known as Healthscape. The Palo Alto start-up is working on an online service for health-care providers using Netscape’s Internet browser software. The service, scheduled to be launched this fall, will allow health-care providers to enroll members as well as provide them with medical plan information over the Internet. Clark, who owns 28.8% of Mountain View, Calif.-based Netscape and is company chairman, is the leading investor in Healtheon, where he also holds the title of chairman. Healtheon is the third company started by Clark. In 1981, he founded Silicon Graphics Inc.
