Dense-Pac License Pact

Dense-Pac Microsystems Inc. licensed commercial stacking technology to Odetics Inc., which gets exclusive rights to use the technology in its solid state recorders for space applications. Odetics will incorporate the technology into its future memory system proposals and is expected to buy at least 95% of its product requirements from Dense-Pac under the five-year agreement, the Dense-Pac said.

Odetics supplies digital data management products and communications equipment. Dense-Pac Microsystems makes computer chip stacking products.
