LEBANON : Israeli Jets Rocket Guerrilla Arms Depot

Israeli jets rocketed an ammunition depot in Lebanon belonging to a Palestinian guerrilla group that claimed responsibility for killing three Israeli soldiers last week in an ambush in the Jordan Valley. A guerrilla spokesman said no one was injured in the Israeli attack, which sent palls of black smoke billowing into the air over Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley near the Syrian border. Israel said pilots reported “good hits on the targets.”
