Comarco Acquires Technical Staffing Service

Comarco Inc., a provider of wireless communications products, said that it acquired the assets of R.A.L. Consulting and Staffing Services Inc., a privately held company in Victorville, for an undisclosed amount. R.A.L., which had revenue of more than $8 million for the last 12 months, provides engineering, technical and other personnel to commercial customers in Southern California.
