Litton Industries Inc. has promoted Leon A....

Litton Industries Inc. has promoted Leon A. Webrand as president of Litton’s Aero Products division in Woodland Hills.

Webrand succeeds M. Dudley Mahler, who will work on special projects for Litton until his retirement from the company early in 1997.

Previously, Webrand had been division vice president of finance and administration, a post he held at the aerospace concern since 1974. He joined Litton in 1961.

* Finis Conner, the flamboyant disk-drive pioneer who founded Conner Peripherals Inc. and co-founded Seagate Technology Inc., has joined tiny Valtron Technologies Inc. in Valencia as chairman.

Conner merged with Seagate in February in a $1-billion deal that created the world’s largest independent disk-drive manufacturer, with more than $7 billion in revenues.

Valtron services computer disk drives and other mass storage devices. The company recently agreed to acquire the Valtron division of Dataflex Corp. with a group of private investors for cash and notes totaling $7.9 million. It expects sales of about $16 million this year.

* Dole Food Co. promoted Edward A. Lang III to vice president and treasurer. He had been assistant treasurer.

Lang joined the company in 1989 as manager of international finance. Before that he worked at Bank of America and Mellon Bank.

Dole Food Co., based in Westlake Village, is a major producer of fresh fruits and vegetables.

* Susan R. Campbell, owner of A-1 Office Solutions in Oak View, has been chosen vice president of C&M; Memories in Ventura. She will be in charge of publications and graphic design.

A-1 Office Solutions specializes in desktop publishing and word processing. C&M; Memories videotapes personal possessions in homes, as well as equipment and inventory in offices, to document ownership in case of loss by fire, theft or natural disaster.

* Robert M. Cole has joined CSC General Contractors as vice president, responsible for all general management, sales and marketing. He was previously executive director of Reebok University for Reebok International of Stoughton, Mass.

CSC General Contractors, based in Camarillo, renovates existing structures and builds new residential and commercial construction.

* Three top executives with Financial Focus in Ventura have been promoted: Charles B. Huffer of Thousand Oaks has become manager of retirement planning, asset management and information systems; Bill Brelih of Camarillo is now business manager; and Lynda Uvari of Ventura is the new operations manager.

Huffer will be responsible for portfolio and planning analysis, asset management and development of client reports. Brelih will oversee daily company administration, client communications and new business development.

Uvari will be responsible for all office operations, as well as overseeing the company’s client services personnel.

Financial Focus is an investment advisory firm.

* Jose Callazo, chairman and chief executive of Infonet Services Corp. based in El Segundo, has been elected to the board of directors for Collectech Systems Inc., a national accounts receivable management company based in Calabasas.

During the past 25 years, Callazo has been a director of several companies in Canada, Australia, South Africa, Sweden, France, the United Kingdom and Germany.

* Jerry W. Harwood of Channel Islands Financial & Insurance Services in Ventura has earned membership in the Million Dollar Round Table for the first time. The Round Table is an independent, international association of nearly 19,000 life insurance producers.

Members have to meet the association’s annual production requirements, a feat accomplished by 6% of all life insurance underwriters worldwide.
