Irvine Sensors Corp.: The Costa Mesa developer and manufacturer of high-density packages of computer electronics and infrared devices posted a fiscal 1996 third-quarter loss of $3.2 million, or 19 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $577,200, or 4 cents a share, a year earlier. Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 declined 21% to $1.9 million from $2.4 million. Irvine Sensors lost $6.2 million, or 38 cents a share, for the first nine months, compared with a year-earlier net loss of $2.1 million, or 14 cents a share.
