L.L. Knickerbocker Co. Inc.: The Rancho Santa Margarita developer of products marketed through home-shopping channels said net income for the second quarter increased to $758,000, or 5 cents a share, from $67,000, or 1 cent a share, a year ago. Revenue climbed to $7.4 million from $2.4 million. Net income for the six months rose to $1.1 million, or 7 cents a share, from $282,000, or 3 cents a share, for the first six months of 1995. Revenue rose to $10.6 million from $4.4 million. The company attributed the revenue gain primarily to sales of the Marie Osmond collectible doll line, which increased to $5.6 million in 1996 from $1.8 million in 1995.
