US Facilities on NYSE?

COSTA MESA — US Facilities Corp., a medical, property and casualty insurer, said Monday that it has applied to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange. Trading would begin Sept. 25 under the symbol “UF.” The stock, which is trading on the Nasdaq market, closed Monday at $16.69, down 31 cents.
