Mortech Financial Merges With Quality Mortgage

Mike Hobbs, owner of the Oxnard-based Mortech Financial Corp. for the past six years, has merged his company with Quality Mortgage Group and is now a loan officer with the firm.
Charlene Gibson, a senior loan processor at Mortech, also has joined Quality Mortgage Group.
Quality Mortgage is located in the Ventura County National Bank Tower, 500 E. Esplanade Drive in Oxnard. The firm provides financing for residential and commercial real estate transactions.
