ARV Expands in Ohio

ARV Assisted Living Inc. said Tuesday that it has acquired a 126-unit retirement facility in Cincinnati for $7.5 million. ARV Assisted Living said the acquisition of the Northgate Park facility, the fifth purchase in the state since January, expands its Ohio operations to 747 units.

ARV Assisted Living currently operates 40 assisted living facilities with 5,041 units in the United States.
