Guilty Plea in CIA Credit Card Case

A former CIA mail clerk in Alexandria, Va., pleaded guilty to stealing more than 100 government credit cards and using them to obtain more than $193,000 in goods and cash. The cards were intended for the agency’s spies. Gary E. West, 32, of Washington, also pleaded guilty to conspiring to steal $61,000 from the bank by staging a phony armed robbery.
