Sound Source Interactive Adds 3 Board Members

Sound Source Interactive of Westlake Village has expanded its board of directors from three to six members.

The new board members are:

* Dr. Ronald W. Hart, a scientist in residence for the Food and Drug Administration’s Public Health Service. He has served on the board of directors of First Commercial Bank Corp., Telescan Inc. and CyberAction Inc.

* Mark A. James, a lawyer and state senator from Nevada. Earlier this year he founded the law firm of James, Driggs & Walch, which practices real estate law.

* Ernest T. Klinger, chief financial, chief administrative and chief operating officer of the Arden Group, which has 12 Southern California-based supermarkets and related distribution centers.

“As Sound Source grows in the consumer software market, it is increasingly important to have people on board that have experience with growing companies and making sound financial decisions,” said Vincent Bitetti, the company’s chairman and chief executive officer.

Continuing members of the board include Bitetti; Eric H. Winston, president and chief operating officer, and Ulrich E. Gottschling, chief financial officer, treasurer and corporate secretary.

Sound Source Interactive develops, publishes and markets educational and entertainment software based on major motion pictures and long-standing television series under agreement with major entertainment studios.
